The World Islands
The World, a collection of human-made 300 private islands shaped into the form of the world, is a unique development initiative by Nakheel development company.
The only way to commute to these islands is through either marine or air transport. Situated 4 km off the coast of Jumeirah near Palm Jumeirah, these islands are divided into four parts namely: Estate homes, private homes, dream resorts and community islands. Currently, only Lebanon islands are functional.
